Interview

The applicants will be chosen for interviewing for Management Trainee positions depending on the manner in which they performed on the CBT. The CBT has 70 percent importance for the final quality evaluation, whereas the personal interview, considered the second phase of the selection procedure, gets thirty percent mass. Applicants are evaluated on a variety of competences and how they qualified for the position of employment during the interview process. After verification of documents, a final selection is made based on a mix of CBT and interviews scores.

Skill Test 

A specific positions of power, including Trainee (Stenographer)/Trainee (human resources), are qualified to participate in the Skill Examination. The applicant must successfully complete a computer typing examination with a speed of 30 wpm is an in the English language and the handwriting exam with a speed of 80 wpm in English. Both of them the computer-based typing examination and the handwriting examination are required for qualified. In order to appear placed on the shortlist for the Final Merit List, applicants must successfully complete both the computer typing test and the shorthand examination.

Document Verification 

The final stage in the selection process for all trainee positions is verification of documents (DV). Applicants need to submit their original documentation, including caste certifications, educational certificates, and identification documents, to verification after completing the computer-based test (CBT) and, if required, the skill examination or interviews. The satisfactory verification of these documents is required for the final selection. Any inconsistencies could result in disqualification from the selection procedure.
