SIDBI Phase 2 Exam Pattern 2024 (Grade A & B General Stream)
Although the questions in the SIDBI phase two examination for Managers Grades "B" (in general Stream) and the Assistant Manager Level "A" (in general Stream) appear to be similar, they differ in complexity.

A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager and Grade B Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Exam 2024. There will be three stage recruitment process conducted to recruit candidates for 72 Grade A and B vacancies.
- First Stage: Phase One Assessment (the same for All Grades/Streams)
- Second phase of Examination (that is, separate for Specilist and General Stream) Stage two
- The third step is Interview
The performance of applicants in the the second phase Examination and Interviews will determine their final ranking and selection for the positions of Manager in Level "B" (General & Specialist Stream) and Assistant Manager in Level "A" (in general Streams).
