Phase-II Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Those who get the short list will be asked to a specific ASC to take part in a Physical Fitness Test (PFT), which entails a 1.6-kilometer run that needs to be finished in seven minutes for male candidates and eight minutes for female candidates. Male candidates must do 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats within the given time frame in order to be eligible for the Physical Fitness Test.

To pass the Physical Fitness Test, female candidates must also complete 10 sit-ups and 15 squats in the allotted time.
Adaptability Test- I
After passing the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), candidates must take the Adaptability Test-I, an objective type written exam, to see if they are qualified to work in the IAF. This job involves deployment in a range of operating conditions, weather, and topography.
Adaptability Test-II
All applicants who pass the Adaptability Test-I are required by current policy to take the Adaptability Test-II. The Adaptability Test-II is used to identify candidates who can acclimate to the Indian Air Force's environment and way of life.
