| Indian Military Academy | The only eligible candidates are unmarried males born on July 2, 2001, and July 1, 2006. |
| Indian Naval Academy |
Male applicants without children who were born between July 2, 2001, and July 1, 2006, are the only ones eligible. |
| Air Force Academy |
As of July 1, 2025, candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 24. This means that they have to be people who were born between July 2, 2001, and July 1, 2005. |
| Officers’ Training Academy, (SSC Course for men) | Eligible candidates must be unmarried males born between July 2, 2001, and July 1, 2006. |
| Officers Training Academy, (SSC Women Non-Technical Course) |
Eligible individuals include single women, widows without children who haven't remarried, and divorcees without children who haven't remarried and have divorced. They must have been born between 2 July 2000 and 1 July 2006. |

Note:-
Applicants may also sit for the CDS Exam if they are in their final year of college. At the SSB interview, the board must be shown an official graduation certificate.
Physical Standards
In order to be eligible for admission to the Combined Defence Services Examination (2) in 2023, a candidate needs to meet the physical requirements and guidelines established by the different wings.
